We got rain!

We couldn't believe our ears this morning! We were just waking up and thought we heard a familiar sound, but not one we have heard in a long time. I jumped up out of bed to see, yes, that is right, RAIN!! It is such a welcome relief! If only we could have got more rain. I think it managed to rain/sprinkle until around 10:00. We didn't get just a whole lot, but we got enough to put a damper on the fear of our yard going up in flames. We would have liked to have seen more of Oklahoma get rain, but I think it is everyone's thinking that what little we can get, where we can get it, helps more than nothing.


Also, just to let you all know, I have also started a Myspace account. Not really sure why, just wanted to try it out. I'm going to see if I can help hook some musicians in the southern part of Oklahoma up with dad and his group in Stillwater.
